The Poles have created their own national network and do not aspire beyond the borders of the country, but methodically they create stylish hotels in all important cities of Poland year after year, keeping to their recognizable contemporary style with retroaccents, but always with some references to the history of the city and place. And to unscramble these references is great fun.
The newly opened Puro Lodz is located in one of the most attractive quarters of Lodz: between the magnificent neo-baroque palace of the local textile magnate Israel Poznansky on the one hand and his famous textile manufactory on the other.
The Poznansky Red Brick Town in the 19th century, during the industrial revolution, was the largest in Poland and one of the largest in the world. For decades, the empty complex was rebuilt several years ago, opening an impressive Manufactura cluster with restaurants, cafes, museums and shops, which immediately became one of the busiest and most attractive places in Lodz.
Another important component of Lodz’s history is cinema, this is where the famous Higher Film School, the Lodz Film Studio and the Cinema Museum are located. Naturally, this was immediately reflected in the image of the hotel: a collection of retro-posters adorned the restaurant, a semi-abstract painting by Matiezha Polak appeared on the stairs, in which images of a film projector and camera were read, and most importantly, a small elegant cinema hall was made at the hotel. and city residents.
Traditionally, two studios worked on the interiors at once: the Polish SW Architekci was engaged in architecture and partly in public spaces, the London Superfutures, which had already worked on all six hotels of the chain, interiors 130 rooms and seven suites.
The rooms are laconic, extremely functional and elegant: in the bathroom there is a graphic tile, the bathroom is separated by a translucent partition of glass and metal, in the bedroom by the beds there are cozy headboard cushions fastened with leather straps and modern furniture.

Here you can meet the classic design from famous brands: Gubi, Muuto, Moroso, Magis and others. As always, Puro adds the latest technologies to the laconic design: all room management and all kinds of backlight scenarios go through the tablet, and through it you can fit in and check out from the hotel.

Numerous public spaces are sustained in light retrostatistics, but in the most fashionable modern reading: here you can find furniture of famous brands, and indispensable millennial pink, and bright carpets from local brands, and lots and lots of greenery.
