In order to meet the requirement for simpleand absolutely flat architecturalappearance, Tech/size Neolith black-and-white dry-hanging rock boardsare used for the entire exterior facade.A thorough analysis of dry hangingmethod and paving location is made to reflect the material specificationadvantage.
出于对建筑外观极简造型和绝对平整度的要求，外立面整体采用西班牙Tech/size（德赛斯）岩板旗下Neolith品牌的黑、白双色干挂岩板。为体现材料本身规格优势，对其干挂方式和拼贴位置做了细致分析。
Meanwhile, in order to avoid dirt caused by the glue applied tothe joints, hollow joint dry hanging process is applied. And this processhas a very high requirement for accuracy of the internal adjustableembedded keel.
同时为避免缝隙打胶引起藏污纳垢，使用模块空缝干挂工艺，该工艺对内部可调节预埋龙骨有极高工艺精确度要求。

Solid, thin and light white aluminum sheets are used for thefacing of the slope crest, and the hole density and transmittance havebeen designed precisely. The hidden 3000K LED light bars can light up thesurface and interior to produce environmental lighting.
坡顶饰面材料采用坚固轻薄的大块乳白色烤漆铝板，对板孔密度及透光率进行精准设计，通过内部暗藏的3000K LED灯条，将冲孔板覆盖面及内部洗亮，形成环境照明。

定制大规格橡木木饰面板不规则分缝竖拼，将板与板隙打散模糊处理，保证空间块面完整分割。
时代柏林·城中本无海
作为地产销售道具而言，销售会所有两种倾向:一种是以迎合式的功能构筑作为场所重点进行建设。另一种则以异化观念进行场所的体验强化。从商业社会的成熟度而言，后者更易于与消费者达成潜移默化的共鸣。
时代柏林是时代地产2016年在广州地区的重点盘面，建设规模规格皆属上层。因此，在建筑形态的表达上回归比例美学，并通过工业精度极高的大规格德系薄陶板进行表面包装。除了进行企业印象与认知表达外，更重要的是阐述时代集团对建造领域的前瞻性视野与精细化施工能力。
大平层的室内空间通过斜屋面造型进行大体块的光线与关系切分，异化的顶部利于降低顾客对于‘层高’的感性认知与硬性空间条件局限的矛盾。而‘透明性’是在设计斜屋面时有趣的尝试。很大程度上，金属孔板的半透明性与内部结构的模糊表达使空间气质变得多元而有趣。
陈列与灯具由两个体系构成，进口产品与原创家具灯具。‘好玩有趣’与‘刻意装饰’是我们在进行空间氛围营造上最重要的技术边界。前者是商业功能，后者是空间‘废话’。在这个空间里，灯具与陈列品除了‘好玩有趣’外还起到洽谈坐标的作用。
装置题材是虚构城市的生成与拆解。作为空间灵魂性的语言，以下的引用足以说明它以及这里的全部，如果你也是设计师，或者这本有趣的书可以看看:
城市就像梦境，是希望与畏惧建成的，尽管她的故事线索是隐含的，组合规律是荒谬的，透视感是骗人的，并且每件事物中都隐藏着另外一件。对于一座城市，你所喜欢的不在于七个或是七十个奇景，而在于她对你提的问题所给予的答复。或者在于她能提出迫使你回答的问题，就像底比斯通过斯芬克斯之口提问一样。
